2. Do not post Out-of-Character in threads. We have a Chat box for that. Those breaking this rule will receive a warning. If guests are mean, just ignore them. Anger is not worth our time.

5. Accounts with no characters will be deleted in 1 calendar month. No lurkers are allowed. Exceptions are made if those members are site staff.

This is a Forum and while we are text based, it is appreciated if you keep these symbols and others out of your posts. If needed, use the color option to show the difference between speech and actions.
19. You cannot kill and/or seriously injure a fellow member's character without his/her permission. You cannot dodge all attacks and be invincible, and do not use others' characters.
20. Do not role play R-Rated material which includes but is not limited to sexual role plays, detailed torture scenes, or other unlisted topics. You will get a warning for this after the first time. If this continues, the thread will be deleted. Further violation will result in the disabling of the offender’s account(s).
21. Keep the order of posters in group threads. Skipping the members will not be tolerated unless you receive expressed permission. For example: Member 1 posts, Member 2 replies, Member 3 replies, Member 1 replies, Member 3 replies, Member 1 replies, Member 3 replies, Member 1, Member 3… Never ever do something like this. 22. Realistic, Realistic, Realistic. You have no idea the wonders of some people's minds. Their characters can get pregnant, have an affair, get an abortion, set their hair on fire, fall in love, and break up, but NOT all in the same day. Also no falling in love five posts after your character meets someone. Does that happen in real life? No. Your character can get a crush but please wait at least a week or two in role play time with the character before saying it's love. Crushes come and go all the time.
23. Since this role play forum is a science fiction view of the mid-23rd century with only humans, please keep all ages realistic. Cryogenically frozen humans are allowed, but please keep those ages realistic as cryogenics will have only been around for less than a century.
24. Since this is a role play with all human characters, all forms of death and injury that a human would otherwise suffer will be applicable here. This means getting shot through the head, regardless of cybernetics and psionics, will kill a character. Beheading, fatal explosions, severe blood loss, severe drug overdose, and other such methods will all result in death.
25. No single sentence posts please. Include thoughts, actions, and other descriptors
26. If one is to use NPCs anywhere, be sure that the main character in one's possession is there to facilitate their use. This is to prevent any loopholes in others having multiple characters without permission.
27. Human is the only species allowed on this forum, however, as this is a futuristic forum that has a lot of heavy science fiction elements, futuristic concepts are allowed. We will, though, be limiting them to use of cybernetic augmentations and psionic abilities. Psionic abilities will be limited to the use of telepathy, telekinesis, and thermokinesis. All limitations will be detailed in a separate post.
When describing the capabilities of a character, please enumerate all capabilities including limitations such as mechanical limitations of cybernetic augmentations and mental limitations of psionic abilities.
28. In pertinence to roleplaying, those of whom that know what the "T" styles are, as ambiguous as the naming and the definitions are, this forum does not condone any T-styles in any manner. This is a strict, literacy-based roleplaying where short story writing styles are preferred.
29. In pertinence to use of canon characters, while it is not forbidden, we request that the character is based off canon and not a direct facsimile of a character that already exists on public networks and copyrighted by others. This is two-fold: The encouragement of unique character creation and avoiding the issues of legalities and copyrights.
